DHL Paket to China:

• China’s efforts to fight Covid-19 in many cities and regions are currently having an impact on the international shipment of goods from Germany to China - both at airports and on the ground - and are resulting in considerable delays to processing at the present time. In many cases, it is not possible to route shipments to the corresponding airports in China or process them for onward carriage in the destination country. This also impacts the availability of tracking event information. In order to avoid a further buildup of even greater volumes, which in turn contribute to processing bottlenecks, we would like to inform you that we are suspending service for all Premium shipments (shortened transit time) until further notice, as we cannot guarantee our ability to deliver these services. We kindly ask that you refrain from inquiring as to the whereabouts of items at this time.
• Merchandise shipments for business/contract customers: Shipping of DHL Parcel International and Warenpost International items is limited to standard (Economy) dispatch. As current transit times are unpredictable, please anticipate a transit time of at least 50 days. Premium shipping is not possible at the present time. Please note that the crisis surcharge is not currently being charged.
• Merchandise shipments for private customers: Franking is only possible online and is limited to standard shipping. As current transit times are unpredictable, please anticipate a transit time of at least 50 days. Priority shipping of small packages with the Insurance up to EUR 50 service and of parcels with Premium service is not possible at this time.
  
• Document dispatch: Document dispatch is possible without restrictions. This also applies to shipments with additional services such as registered international mail.

DHL Paket to Hong Kong, China:

• As a result of the airspace bans currently in place over Russia, Ukraine, and other countries, various flight connections have been interrupted, and a number of other connections are being forced to fly a longer route than previously. This increases the amount of fuel required and reduces available transport capacity on these flights. In light of this, longer transit times should currently be expected for shipments to Hong Kong. Please understand that we are not in a position to reliably predict the effects that the rapidly changing situation may have at this time
• For business/contract customers: The DHL Paket International service is available. Please note that a weight-based international crisis surcharge will be applied to each parcel

DHL Paket to Taiwan, China:

• As a result of the airspace bans currently in place over Russia, Ukraine, and other countries, various flight connections have been interrupted, and a number of other connections are being forced to fly a longer route than previously. This increases the amount of fuel required and reduces available transport capacity on these flights. In light of this, longer transit times should currently be expected for shipments to Taiwan. Please understand that we are not in a position to reliably predict the effects that the rapidly changing situation may have at this time
• For business/contract customers: The DHL Paket International service is available. Please note that a weight-based international crisis surcharge will be applied to each parcel

运往中国的DHL包裹：
